Jamie graduated Hands on Therapy Massage School in Mesquite, TX with 650hrs. of training in massage and bodywork. She has also completed a 200hr yoga teacher training program through Priya Yoga studio in Dallas, TX.  Actively practicing since 2004, Jamie has developed her own style of massage blending Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release.  Loving life and the process of birthing, Jamie is also trained in prenatal massage and plans to gain her doula certification soon. Taking a holistic approach, she addresses the physical body with an awareness of its relationship to the mental, spiritual and emotional levels of manifestation.

Monday: 4:00pm-7:00pm
Friday: 4:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday: Alternating Weekly- 9:00am-2:30pm or 2:30-7:30pm
